Marketplace and seller responsibility

Bazaretti is a global marketplace operated by SELLERPRO INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS LIMITED. Each product is offered by an independent seller identified on the listing and order. The seller is responsible for the product, stock, description, lawful sale, packing and shipment.

Bazaretti provides the marketplace, order tools, buyer-protection process and support. Bazaretti is responsible for marketplace risk controls, product eligibility, investigations and enforcement. Payment and refund services are available only within the scope approved and activated by the relevant provider; a seller verification decision is not approval of every product or payment capability. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Your account

Sign in with your email and password or a 6-digit email code. Keep your password and inbox private, never share a sign-in code, and report suspected account takeover promptly.

Provide an accurate name, delivery address and phone number, keep them current, and check your order before confirming it. You are responsible for activity from your account unless you report unauthorized use promptly.

You must not misuse promotions, make fraudulent claims, threaten users, manipulate reviews, resell prohibited goods, interfere with the platform, or create accounts to avoid a restriction.

Eligibility and electronic agreement

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must supervise your use and accept these terms where local law permits. Business buyers confirm that the person using the account has authority to act for that business.

By creating an account, placing an order or continuing to use Bazaretti after an announced update, you agree to the version of these terms then in effect. Electronic confirmations, notices and records satisfy any requirement for written communication to the extent permitted by law.

Listings, prices and order acceptance

Read the full listing, specifications, seller status, delivery estimate and returns information before ordering. Product colors and scale can appear different on different screens, but the seller must still describe every material fact accurately.

Submitting an order authorizes the payment provider to process the displayed total. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued. We or the seller may cancel before shipment for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, failed payment, suspected fraud, an unsafe item, a restricted destination or another legal reason; any captured amount due back is submitted for refund through the approved provider process and is not treated as refunded until the provider confirms it.

The checkout shows the item price, delivery charge and applicable tax before confirmation. Your bank or payment provider may separately charge currency-conversion or payment fees outside Bazaretti's control.

Delivery, tracking and receipt

The listing shows the estimated dispatch and delivery window. The seller must use the stated service and provide valid, traceable carrier information. Estimates are not guarantees where delays arise from carriers, customs, weather or events outside reasonable control.

Check the parcel promptly after delivery. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, check the delivery location and household, contact the carrier, then report the problem from the order page without delay.

Taxes, customs and cross-border orders

Taxes collected by Bazaretti or the payment provider are shown at checkout where the platform is required or configured to collect them. For cross-border orders, the customer may be the importer of record and may owe customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or local handling charges unless checkout expressly states they are included.

Customs authorities may open or delay parcels and may require customer identification or payment. Sellers remain responsible for accurate customs descriptions, origin, value, classification and legally required export documents. Neither party may ask the other to falsify customs information.

30-day buyer protection, cancellations and refunds

You may report a missing, damaged, faulty, counterfeit, incomplete, wrong or materially misdescribed order within 30 days after delivery. If an order never arrives, report it after the last promised delivery date. Change-of-mind rights depend on the listing and applicable law.

Open the request from the order page, choose the reason and provide truthful details and useful evidence. The system records the request, notifies the seller and tracks deadlines. If the matter is not resolved, Bazaretti's internal team reviews the listing, payment, tracking, messages, photos and other evidence.

A seller may respond and appeal, but cannot block a refund approved under these rules. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method unless a documented, lawful and provider-approved exception applies. Approval alone does not mean money has moved: completion requires provider confirmation, and bank-posting times vary.

Reviews, feedback and marketplace integrity

Only eligible customers may review a verified purchase. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content that is paid, manipulated, abusive, irrelevant, illegal, deceptive, contains personal data or is posted to pressure another user.

Honest reviews help other customers and can affect a product's search visibility. Reviews are not changed merely because they are negative. Sellers may respond professionally but may not buy, trade, suppress or retaliate over reviews.

Messages, content and acceptable use

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Bazaretti a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, moderate and display that content as needed to operate, secure and promote the marketplace. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies required for orders, disputes, backups or law.

Do not upload malware, scrape or overload the service, bypass security, impersonate another person, collect other users' data, move a Bazaretti transaction off-platform, or use messages for spam, harassment or unrelated marketing.

Account safety and proportionate risk checks

Bazaretti owns buyer-account, order and marketplace fraud controls. Buying here does not create a seller verification account with our payment partner. Additional information may be requested only for a documented legal, contractual or material risk reason; identity documents are not required from every buyer by default.

Available account, billing, shipping, payment and delivery signals may prompt review. A mismatch, automated alert, possible sanctions match or repeated complaint is not proof of wrongdoing. Restrictions, delayed fulfilment, cancellations and refunds must be proportionate and permitted by law, published terms and provider rules.

Contact support to correct inaccurate information or challenge a decision. We may withhold confidential investigative or reporting details where disclosure is prohibited.

Account restrictions, closure and appeals

We may restrict an account or transaction to protect customers, sellers, the payment system or the law. We use the available records and apply proportionate action. If you believe a decision is wrong, contact support from your registered email with the order number, decision and supporting evidence.

You may request account closure after open orders, payments, cases and legal obligations are resolved. We may preserve transaction and safety records as described in the Privacy Policy. Creating another account to avoid a restriction is prohibited.

Platform availability and third-party services

We work to keep Bazaretti accurate, secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, carriers, payment providers and other services outside our control may interrupt features or delay an order.

Links, carrier tracking and services supplied by independent providers are governed by their own terms. Bazaretti is not responsible for their systems, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsibility and limits

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that law does not allow us to exclude.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazaretti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or loss caused by an independent seller, carrier, bank, payment provider, customer device or event outside our reasonable control. For claims arising only from use of the marketplace, Bazaretti's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid for the affected order or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without applying conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes with Bazaretti.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or your right to bring a claim in another court available under the law of your habitual residence. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent protective relief or using an available consumer dispute-resolution body.

Changes, severability and notices

We may update these terms for legal, security, operational or service changes. Material changes apply from the stated effective date and will be communicated through the platform or account email where appropriate. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights already attached to a confirmed order.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms, the listing, checkout disclosures and linked policies form the agreement for use of Bazaretti; a seller's separate terms cannot override mandatory law or Bazaretti buyer protection.
