What we collect

Shoppers: email, name, phone, delivery and billing address, orders, messages, reviews and cases.

Sellers: the above plus identity document, business details and bank account information needed to pay you.

Everyone: basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your orders, to prevent fraud, to pay sellers, to answer support requests, and to meet accounting and legal duties.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who sees it

A seller sees only what they need to ship your order: your name, address, phone and the items you bought.

Service providers who host our platform, send our emails and move money see the minimum needed to do that job.

How long we keep it

Order, invoice and verification records are kept as long as the law requires (usually up to seven years). Everything else is deleted when your account closes.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to hello@bazaretti.com. Identity documents are stored in private storage that only our verification team can open.
