How brand owners report an infringing listing.
How to report
Email hello@bazaretti.com with the subject "IP complaint". Include the product link, the right you own (trademark, copyright, design, patent) with its registration number, and a statement that you believe in good faith the listing infringes it.
What we do
We review complete reports within two business days, remove listings where the claim is clear, and tell the seller who filed it so they can respond.
Counter-notice
A seller who believes a removal was wrong can reply with evidence — an invoice from an authorised distributor, a licence, or proof of their own right. Repeat infringers lose their account.
