Consumer Health Data Privacy Disclosure

Scope

This disclosure applies where a consumer health data privacy law gives you rights over “consumer health data”, such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar state laws in the United States.

Bazaretti is a marketplace of independent sellers. Product listings, reviews and order details may incidentally reveal information about your health. This disclosure does not authorise the sale of medicines, supplements or medical devices; product eligibility rules still apply. This page explains how such information is handled.

What we collect and why

We do not ask you to provide health data, and we do not collect it for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than completing and supporting your order.

Consumer health data, when it exists, is limited to what is necessary to process an order, provide buyer protection, handle a case or refund, meet legal and tax duties, keep accounts secure and prevent fraud. Each seller receives only the order details it needs to fulfil and support that order.

No sale and no sharing for targeted advertising

We do not sell consumer health data.

We do not share consumer health data with any party for targeted or behavioural advertising. Payment details are processed by our payment provider solely to authorize, settle and refund payments. Verification, delivery, email and security providers process only the minimum information needed for their role, under contracts that forbid unrelated use.

Retention and protection

Order and support records that may reveal health-related purchases are kept only as long as required by law, financial rules and security needs, then deleted or anonymized. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and providers.

Your rights

Where the law applies, you can ask for access to, deletion of, or correction of your consumer health data, withdraw consent, or ask how it has been shared, by writing to hello@bazaretti.com. We confirm your identity before acting and respond within the time the law requires.
